The process.

I make everything at my home, next to the river in Central Falls, RI. Each piece is hand poured into molds, and cures for about 24 hours. Then, it soaks in water for 2 days with a rinse and water change after the first day - this makes the planters safe for plants. After the soak, I sand each piece as needed (outside!), and rinse again. The final step is a diluted seal, that cures for another 24 hours- it’s not food safe, but it will keep your piece from being dusty.
